Our Return Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any CD or DVD album series from Eugene Lieber's "World Events Over Time," which you bought from IAB Inc., you may return it within 30 days after delivery and we will reimburse you for the full price of the product, guaranteed.  The returned item must be intact and undamaged.

When making a return, be sure to include the packing list (or a copy of the packing list) that came with your order, and please notify us that you are returning the item by e-mailing us at info@eugenelieber.com. We will reimburse you via the payment method that you initially used to pay for the item. Refunds may take 1-2 weeks from the receipt of the return to post to your account.

If you return a product because you changed your mind and no longer want the item or because you made a mistake in ordering then we will refund you the cost of the product (our shipping is free) but you will be responsible for the return shipping. If we made a mistake in what was shipped to you or if the item is defective then we will refund you for the full cost of the product (including shipping and sales tax, if applicable).

If you would like to exchange the product for a different title please place an order for the new titles you would like via our website. This can be done at any time. We will process the refund for the item you are returning upon its receipt.

For orders of downloadable titles we do not issue refunds, unless you are having an issue with the download or you have a valid reason for needing a refund. For questions on refunding orders of downloadable titles please email us at info@eugenelieber.com
